Hayli M. Cox is a first-year PhD student in English/Creative Nonfiction with a WGST graduate minor. Though she's originally from Morenci, Michigan, half of her belongs to Michigan's Upper Peninsula. Hayli is sheltering with her cat, and together they're watching the critters and plants in the nature area behind their home in Columbia, Missouri.
