I think it's really important to recognize the loss of academic space. As someone who is a nerd (self- proclaimed and publicly identified), I miss in-person classes. I know how important the measures that were taken are, but I still feel like I'm losing the best part of my classes. I'm new to art (judge carefully), but I couldn't find a way to explain why it feels like I'm trapped and surrounded by the pandemic (I'm required to take current events quizzes every week), but I'm also watching the parts of my life I waited for pass me by.
